My hair is WINNING when it comes to growing! I can't wait until next year around this time. Just to know that my hair will probably be double what it looks like on pictures now....and that excites me. LOL.
The only issue I have with my hair is the area that was removed for the transplant. My donor area that was cut went up far. My hair has always been naturally thin so on top of the donor area missing, hair my hair is super thin when parted. It will grow back tho... Its just slowly. Reference the braid pictures below. Also this is how I am currently wearing my hair under my lace wigs. Damn I have a fat ass head. :)
It's so fluffyyyyyyy! :)
Hella edited picture, lol
Before I was just doing a couple of twists (pictured below this text) but the twist unravel easily when I wash my hair. So to keep from torturing myself every wash day, I decided I would braid my hair in small braids and wash my hair like that. Hopefully this doesn't harm my hair. The braids are not tight.
What is the length of my hair when stretched? I am positive in a couple of months I will be able to stretch that strand to APL! :) Hmmm looking at the pic now... I don't think I am going to count this picture because my head looks slightly tilted... :(

Loving your progress, so you don't have to really wear cornrows under a wig? That's awesome since I don't know how to braid,Lol and I want to wear wigs as a protective style
ReplyDeleteThanks :) Nope...no cornrows.. I just do about 8 or nine twists. In my opinion twists are a lot easier to unravel for moisturizing your hair. Thanks for stopping by :)
DeleteThat's good to know :) will be following your hair journey. Hope mine becomes healthy and thick as yours ;))
ReplyDeleteThanks :) From my experience its all about moisturizing, and just letting your hair rest. Lately I have noticed that finger detangling is better. I will have a post on it in a couple of days. :)
DeleteYou're welcome :) thanks for that info will be doing exactly that. Will be looking out for the update Hun.
