Taliah Waajid Curly Curl Cream Review on 4C Hair

Finally!! I have found a hair product that clumps and REALLY defines my natural 4C hair / coils! Let me start by saying I have tired other products that some rave about such as Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie but that didn’t seem to work for me. This product had over 226 4 star reviews on Amazon! But it was too light to really define my coils and in seconds my hair was frizzy again. So me no likey! I even tried to apply it with other products and I truly dislike using so many products on my hair.

So yesterday I received my Taliah Waajid Curly Curl Cream from drugstore.com and decided to apply some “Curls” Moisture spray on my hair and THEN apply the Taliah Waajid Curly Curl Cream. The results were just “ok.”  Not giving up I tried a dry section of my hair. I took a pinch of the cream and smoothed it on a small section at the back of my hair and DAMN! Can somebody say Instant Curl Definition on 4C hair!! Never in my 2 months of being natural has ANY other product done that to my 4C hair! I had the urge to go order 50 more bottles, lol. You know how we get when we find “that” product.

I freaking LOVE this stuff! Here are some of my observations:

Ø  Easily defined my naked coils

Ø  Rejuvenated my dry coils

Ø  Clumps 4C hair into nice curls

Ø  Defines 4C coils instantly / instant curl definition

Ø  Thick consistency

Ø  Kept my hair moisturized without greasy buildup

Ø  No need to use with another product

Ø  Hair feels moisturized without the stickiness when it dries. How when you apply it, it feel sticky like paste or glue but once it dries it feels completely different

Ø  No frizz

I will definitely be adding this along to my staple of products! I will have to come back later with more pictures after I use this product on my entire head. But you know I wear lace wigs100% of the time LSo I will have to dedicate a night to doing my entire head. But I will definitely re-visit this product with better comparison pictures. But for now you can get the idea right? J I’m stupid excited, lol!
